Not fair. He is a good coach now with the 25s. They kinda capped him with ‘22s - he was allowed to take on new players but not to get rid of but one of the old coaches’ choices. That team would have been better if he’d been given freedom to restock as he saw fit. He was stuck with players he didn’t want. |
If the spam filter button is that complicated for you, I can now understand why you didn't have success in the recruiting process. |
Not fair? I think the question was just asked if that coach was the Nova public school coach. Same guy who runs the V-Day event. Confirmed. Thanks |
Previous in response to comment by pp about that coach. |
| Another Pride ‘23 player commits to West Point. 2nd one this week. It looks like the Pride KM recruiting program is finally kicking into gear. |
Yeah keep telling yourself KM that.
|
| Great for them!!! |
| Pride recruiting is not kicking in gear at all, those players did it on their own. KM is all smokin mirrors |

3 of these are not like the others |
Omg, shut it. Not a CLC parent but every kid is different and every kid has different factors that go into their decision. What kind of player are you? What is that coach looking for that year? How are the kids grades? How are the kids grades relative to their lax ability and position in the recruiting lineup? What kind of place do they want to go to school? What can their parents afford to pay? Everyone assumes that everyone is looking at Duke, UNC, Ivies. They aren’t. |
I can’t stand Capital, but I agree that just cause you and you kid are losers who live vicariously through an anonymous message board, does not mean you have a clue on anyone’s decision. Everyone’s decision has many factors. Maybe a school is good at what they want to study, maybe they want to be near family, maybe they got good money and would rather write the check for grad school so your daughter can be their administrative assistant someday with her NOVA CC degree. Go back to your bridge troll and leave 16-17 year olds alone. Congrats to all the girls who commit to play in college at any level. They will be better for the lessons and skills they learn from the sport. |
| It’s absolutely great entertainment switching between these posts defending girls who commit to low-academic schools for lacrosse and other threads like the boys lax one where OConnell boys are laughed at for commiting to MaryMount and no one feels the need to jump to their defense -and then the college threads where schools like Duke, Notre Dame and Georgetown are trashed regularly as not being elite. DCUM’s split personality is enough to cause whiplash. |
3 Big Ten schools? |
Don’t think that’s what they meant… |
