Blake's deposition: "I don't know if it was unlocked at that point. He attempted to come in and we stopped him from coming in." And then, "He unexpectedly came to my trailer, knocked on the door, said, "We've got to talk." I said, "We can't talk right now. I'll be there in a few minutes. I'm getting done as fast as I can so we can have this meeting." He said, "Oh, no, we've got to talk now" --" Vivian Baker deposition: "I -- I -- I think there was a knock. The -- what I remember most specifically is all three of us. So there must have been a knock, saying, "No, don't come in," and, "No, don't come in." It was quite loud. So that they wouldn't come in. It was myself, Anne, and all Blake saying it at the same time." And then, "After they opened the door, we all saw that it was Jamey. And there was a -- and Blake said -- I don't remember exactly what he said, but I remember her saying, "I'll talk to you about this later." Like, "Let me -- go ahead and move on. I'll get dressed. We'll talk about it later." And I think he said something to the tune of, "No, we'll do it now."" Shelley Ann Carroll deposition: Q You stated that you, Ms. Lively, and Ms. Baker verbally indicated something to the effect of whoa, whoa whoa when Mr. Heath was opening the door; is that right? A Yes. Q And did you, Ms. Lively, Ms. Baker give a loud verbal indication that the trailer was occupied at that point in time? A I believe we were speaking loudly. ... Q And did Mr. Heath nevertheless open the door to the hair and makeup trailer? A Yes. Consistent. |
I am the person you are currently speaking to you, and no I did not post those tweets in the thread. And I'm not referencing them now. Those tweets are not evidence of anything in this case. |
No I am referring to the transcript that one of you Blake Bots copied and pasted into this thread the day of the oral argument. |
Cite it. Show us the lies. Not a link to a reddit thread or a summary of a tweet. Show us the evidence proving she lied. I want to see it. |
Are you trying to argue that WF’s attorney didnt make that statement? He quite clearly did. |
Why do you think this thread is 108 pages. Because you keep rehashing the same disproven allegations over and over. It’s all in here lady, start on page one and reread if you must. |
These are all different accounts. The makeup artist’s is the most jarring. Blake’s is actually a bit toned down. I find it odd that Ryan Reynolds would berate Justin about going behind her back asking her trainer her weight, but he doesn’t berate Heath for bursting in her room when she says don’t come in and refusing to leave when she’s undressed? And they’re walking around calling Justin a predator and he should be in jail but he’s not saying anything about this interaction with Heath? Something is not adding up here. Ryan did not seem to have much distain for Heath in terms of singling him out. It was all directed toward Baldoni in terms of getting him removed from WME,etc. I really wish I could read the original New York Times article but it’s now behind a pay wall and I’m not a subscriber. |
Cite it. Also, even if he did: what is it evidence of? |
All three women say the same thing. Good job trying to deflect from that. Your night school classes in misdirection are helping. Hang in there! |
So what you are saying is: you can't cite it. Gotcha, Baldoni Bro. |
Right. You’re saying it doesn’t make sense because it doesn’t. Just as the texts not referencing Blake feeling harassed or assaulted literally at all makes no sense. I’ve read coverage of different civil suits involving rape and SH and retaliation and the communications always come in and always have contemporaneous corroboration. Here all the chitty chat is mocking Baldoni and Blake pretending she understands hard work with her repeated use of “bake off.” There is no amount of reporting and being a dumb b by her supporters that will square Blake’s story into a rational one. |
No, I am saying there is so much evidence that contradicts Blake’s complaint that it can’t be contained in one post but you can go back and read all of it. |
Try starting with some of it then. Should be easy, right? Lay out how the evidence disproves one of her claims. Use actual evidence though. Not reddit is Twitter. Links and quotes. |
Already sons lady, start on page one. |
DP but this is bugging me. People keep using Reddit as if is not a reliable source. I’m not the poster you are referring to, but when I have used Reddit, I mean that I get the actual links to documents there. Official court documents, the depositions, texts submitted to the court and such. Yes, there is a lot of commenting on Reddit and videos of lawyers like nag doing analysis which is interesting too, but when many of us are referencing something on Reddit are actually meaning that that is how we get the official court documents. There are some very diligent posters on Reddit who have organized the court documents very nicely and linked to them so people can follow the case closely. I just don’t think we should be dismissing that. |
