At what age is a bikini no longer acceptable?

Is there an age limit or is it more about how you look? Honestly I think once you're out of your 30s it's time for the bikinis to go. Even if you have a good body, it's just weird to be walking around the beach in essentially a bra and underwear over the age of 40. What

Body shape much more than age. I say this as a woman who's never been in good enough shape to wear a bikini. But if a woman feels confident, let her wear what she wants.

I think it depends much more on the style of swimwear, rather than one-piece/two-piece. Someone in their 40s can pull off a bikini, but it's about finding one that's more age-appropriately styled for their age and body type.

A bikini is never acceptable, and body shape has nothing to do with it. You are coming to the light OP. Prancing around in your underwear looks silly at 15 and pathetic at 40. Go to the nude beach if you want, but save respectable places for respectable people.
