Yes, a 10.5% chance.

On a different note, we can still make his dining experiences unpleasant.

Please seriously consider getting a life before doing something like that.

Why? Someone needs to call out the emperor for having no clothes. If I see him anywhere I'll be happy to ask him if he's played his favorite drinking game, Devil's Triangle, lately.

Find a hobby. He doesn’t care what you think.

Actually I think he probably does. The man who testified before the SJC is deeply insecure.

I don't know, is Ginsburg apologizing for calling on Trump to resign, or 'eschewing one's partisan past' only something conservatives are asked to do?

Doubt it. Judge Kavanaughty is going to feel embittered the rest of his life, just like his buddy Clarence Thomas. They can sit together and snicker about how dumb those little women are who they think they can stop the onward trajectory of great men. Pshaw.

Lololololololz. No. There is literally not a single spread of evidence in his past her is capable of this. From high school through last week, with special focus on his memos saying Bill Clinton should be asked to describe Monica’s vagina, that the public needed to know graphic details of Clinton’s ejaculate, and his being the person who spent years chasing Vince Foster down rabbit holes.

Something about Old Dogs, New Tricks.

The FBI didn't interview Kavanaugh about these allegations. The format of the Senate questioning was inadequate. If he wanted to clear his name, professional questioning was the only thing that might have been sufficient.

Kavanaugh was embittered before this process.

In 2019, a Democratic House of Representative will investigate Kavanaugh’s sexual assault, and bring him up for impeachment hearings on charges of lying to Congress. Book it.

I know you want to believe this, but you know deep down it won't happen. How are they going to investigate a sexual assault where the victim doesn't know where it happened. when it happened and all her witnesses know nothing about it. You are better off praying for the health of RBG for the next 6 years.

Lying to Congress is the low hanging fruit. Get ready for 2 years of discussing Devils trigales and whether he had one, with whom and when. Book it.

Keep hope alive!

Please run Avanetti and a platform of IMPEACHMENT in 2018 and 2020...please

I still feel they won't have the votes. Am I alone?

Please let this be the case.

Bart's going to do what he's done his entire life. Be the sycophantic follower to a pack of men (Roberts, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch) and do everything he can to gain their approval.

Yes. Collins finds it a thorough report.

Up until today, I didn't think they had the votes. Now I'm not so sure.

It doesn't seem as if the Senators realize how important this is, both from a perspective of not weaponizing the Supreme Court and of how the entire country and the entire world is watching this.

Yes she is. Maine hates Kav, and her base is moderate and democratic women. And she made her bones as a pro-choice R. Every decision for women he makes will be hung around her neck as the person who decided if he wshould be on the Court.

Kav has a special strain of nastiness going on with Alaskan Natives, who got Murkowski elected. It is very hard to see how she votes Yes. It’s a somewhat state specific, Kav specific problem, move than a liberal/conservative issue. And I suspect this is why McConnell wanted someone else. Because this is someone Murkowski cannot support, period. And she shouldn’t. He would badly hurt her core constituency. She’d probably be a yes for anyone else. on the short list but Amy Barrett.

Everyone from the top down knows Brett is guilty, greasy, slimy guilty.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the GOP and their idiot supporters, but I wish they’d find some morals.
