Do you know the blond walking man with the Scandinavian afro?

Okay, this is a weird post but I'm curious to know if anyone else has noticed this guy. A few years back my DH and I commuted into the city together on various parkways from MD and we would often see the same guy walking along the road--a well-tanned Scandinavian-looking guy with really distinctive frizzy blond hair (I actually think he's pretty sexy but DH doesn't know that). He would usually be wearing casual clothes (not fitness clothing), he never jogged, or carried anything (no backpack or water bottle). Since that time we have seen him all over the DMV and not necessarily near trail areas. DH has seen him in VA and today in Aspen Hill. He's always on foot and just always...walking. Although there should be nothing weird about that I just want to know, why? And if he's out for exercise how does he even not have water? Has anyone else noticed him?

Yes, see him in Sil er Spring on Sligo trail, he loks like a 70s exsurfer/lifeguardlike dude. I always point him out to my kids. Will check out his page.

I've seen him a lot too on GA ave in SS. I once saw him along I70 in Northern MD. He's got great legs!
