Oh yeah we’ve seen him since like 2006 at least. We called him “crazy hair walking dude” and he has cut his hair recently... used to be long. Aspen Hill area.

Saw him on Beach near Connecticut the other day. I honked and he waved with a big smile! What a cheer up! He still looks amazing@

I just read these sisters were arrested for robbing an elderly woman in broad daylight in Bethesda. I’ve always wondered about their story.

Where did you read this? I've met them briefly and this seems unlikely.

Lenny walks even as far as the historic Brookeville. I saw him there once. That is pretty far from Aspen Hill area, where I also see him often.

I saw the Aspen Hill Walking Guy today on Norbeck and he saw me, too. I had a meta moment where I was thinking, "there's the AH walking guy" and I wondered if he was thinking, "there's the AH driving girl".
