Used to see him years ago on my drive from Rockville into DC. He used to have a very long rattail down his back. And he wore very short shorts.

You guys are right that it looks like that FB page is not actually his. But, wasn't there something about him making the rounds a while back - about why he walked so much. Not sure where though. I wonder if there was something about him the The Gazette or something. Good for him for walking so much! |

| We've been seeing him for years. There is also a very skinny woman who walks/skips in the Olney area. She used to have the figure of a body builder but over the years she's whittled down to a stick figure. I think she also works part-time at Dick's at Rio. Maybe we should introduce the two.... |

It wasn't a fro; it was dreadlocks.
He actually used to have a massive amount of hair. The last time I had seen him more recently, he'd cut it off to his shoulders, but it's naturally curly/wavy. Facially, he reminds me of Roger Daltrey. |

OP here again. Seth Rogen describes his own hair that way. I knew another Swede who had very kinky yellow-blond hair, it was truly a Scandinavian afro. Walking man's looks just like his. |
