As someone whose reaction to hearing she was doing SNL was negative (too Hollywood, too unserious when her campaign message is serious, etc.) I walked away thinking it was at worst neutral and at best a great humanizing moment.

Of course the schtick was silly-- it's SNL. But Harris herself was charming and joyful. Her giggling, the joke about her laugh, her general demeanor. She came off as (do I say it? ugh) likable.

Did not realize he was still alive. Seems to have declined more abruptly vs Trump. It is no wonder the Republicans kicked him to the curb years and years age. When was he last relevant maybe the first term of Reagan 43 year ago? He was like 60 years old back then.
