Single Issue Voter: Controlling The Borders

🚨America's illegal immigration crisis is shattering century-old records with alarming numbers:

2023: 3,201,144
2022: 2,766,582
2021: 1,956,519
2020: 405,036
2019: 859,501
2018: 404,142
2017: 310,531
2016: 415,816
2015: 337,117
2014: 486,651
2013: 420,789
2012: 364,768
2011: 340,252
2010: 463,382

On President Biden's inaugural day, he introduced policies that incentivize illegal immigration:

• Paused Deportations
• Suspended "Remain in Mexico"
• Stopped Border Wall Construction

Since these policy changes, over 8 million people have illegally entered the country, with millions more slipping past border patrol undetected.

This surge in illegal immigration is a national security crisis, costing American taxpayers hundreds of billions per year.

Major U.S. cities, grappling with the escalating financial burden, are slashing budgets for essential services such as fire, police, sanitation, and education.

President Biden holds the power to halt this crisis that is draining America's resources.

The solution is as simple as the actions that led to this crisis—Biden should use his pen to reverse his policy changes.

Our borders are open, and the world knows it. Fly to Mexico, walk across the border, claim asylum, keep going without care. It's clear our government no longer functions for the people.

Made one little edit for you.

So what’s the plan to “secure” it. Who has this grand plan?

Biden put forward a plan requesting billions to secure the border, hire 1300 more border patrol agents, and to deal with the massive backlog of asylum claims so that we can send back the 80% who don't qualify. That was voted on in Congress. All but 2 Republicans voted AGAINST it.

The Republicans don't have a plan. Their only plan is to obstruct Democrats no matter what they try to do, even if that means hiring more border patrol agents to secure the border.

How about we just start deporting, implement 'remain in mexico' and mandate e-verify for all.

Trump didn't do a whole lot but explicitly send a message that illegal immigration would not be tolerated.

Unfortunately, Biden sent the opposite message.

Admit it: Republicans have never been interested in actually fixing anything.

He has done NOTHING to secure the border. NOTHING!

He has apprehended more than anyone else.
He has deported more than anyone else.
He has recovered more smuggled drugs than anyone else.

He has asked for money for administrative judges, for drones, for more hiring of agents etc and the GOP has said "no"

Just stop with the "oPeN boRDerS" nonsense.

Every single Democrat Presidential candidate voted for open borders on stage for the entire world to see.

Both Biden and Obama requested additional funds for border patrol agents and the border. That is a well-documented, proven fact.

You are here lying for the entire world to see.

Biden's request came with a $hitload of other stuff... mostly money for processing and transporting migrants.
There is NO WAY IN HELL that will fly.
As Henry Cuellar said....... "The president has the authority to secure the border right now without any changes to the law."
And, he doesn't need more money to do it. Hiring more agents, training them and getting them on board will take months. The border needs attention IMMEDIATELY.

Why? Brooklyn Dad asks..... Perhaps he should do a little homework to find out why.

What else was in that funding request that came from Biden? It's more about intake, processing, and housing them than actual border security.

$1.4 billion in grants to local governments and nonprofit organizations for temporary food, shelter, and other services for recently arrived migrants.

Equipping Southwest border ports of entry with new technology, including non-intrusive inspection equipment to detect drugs, like fentanyl and other illegal substances, as well as the smuggling of humans through checkpoints.

An additional 300 Border Patrol processing coordinators to work alongside Border Patrol agents assisting with the intake of undocumented migrants.

An additional 1,600 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services asylum officers to help hear asylum claims and expedite removals from the United States. And 30 new USCIS officers to process work-authorization requests from migrants.

Additional Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities to hold asylum-seekers.

Funds to transport migrants, including an increase in removal and deportation flights.
Providing non-custodial housing options for asylum-seekers, like community-based residential housing facilities with medical and legal facilities.

An additional 1,470 lawyers and support staff to assist 375 new immigration judge teams to process immigration cases. There are currently 2.6 million backlogged immigration cases — the most ever, according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse.

Policy changes are what is needed. More money and more agents will just ensure that more migrants can be processed and transported once they enter illegally.

"Moderate Democrats" have gotten us into this crisis. Remember... Joe Biden is a "moderate." That's what we have repeatedly been told.
I will not vote for another Democrat who refuses to acknowledge that we have a major crisis and it is of Joe Biden's making.

Only one has admitted it.... Henry Cuellar.

They are hiding nothing anymore. American population replacement is their #1 objective and there is nothing they will not sacrifice to achieve it.

That’s about as blatant as he could be. It’s more clear than ever that they will not allow illegals to be deported or denied entry.

Absolutely shameful.

People need to wake up and realize this is the actual destruction of America happening before our eyes.

The idea behind all of it is “Western Civilization has to go because Nazis are bad."

That’s it. It’s insane.
