Not if he has schizophrenia. |
And this has nothing to do with anything….. |
| His family was filthy rich what a clown |
Awesome idea, boycott the store where some (literally) poor law-abiding person works. That’ll show them. I hope that loser gets fired and can’t pay their rent. I’m with the prep school/Ivy League murderer! |
He is rich, well educated, and attractive. He would be living quite well if he wasn’t crazy. |
Agreed. I’ve been stunned by the compromise a jury was willing to make with the one guy who wouldn’t settle for anything less than a guilty on one of the charges. |
Found one of the fools! |
Nursing homes operate HUGE scams all the time, the residents/patients are subjected to many tests and procedures that are completely unnecessary under the guise of medical care for the sole purpose of billing insurance and receiving payment. |
My insurance walked back their proposed limits on anesthesia. Not sure that would have happened in the absence of the shooting. |
They are mafia. Connected to the top Mafiosa. |
NP here. Because those kind of places are notorious for mistreating patients and being miserable places to but someone as you wait for them to die. Ever been to one? Ever had a relative have to stay in one? I have. My aunt was in Woodbine in Alexandria. It was awful. She just laid in her bed or was wheeled in a wheelchair in the hall all day long. Her stuff was constantly getting stolen. And the nursing home actually sued to tried to get them named as beneficiary of her life insurance (like something out of that true story Netflix movie I Care A Lot). My uncle is in one now for dementia. They drug him so he complies. He is a zombie and has random bruising on his body all the time. You have to visit your relatives at these places all the time or else they’re just left by staff to rot. Go to the Eldercaee forum. So yeah, these 9 times out of 10 these places are awful. And his family gets rich off of them. That health care system sucks. So we got a super privileged rich kid who probably has access to excellent health care get upset at the health care industry because they can’t fix him? There is zero chance him and his family can’t afford the care they need. Cry me a river. |
True but you take an oath to act in good faith and make a decision based on the charge and the evidence presented. If the evidence is very obvious, jurors aren’t going to pretend it isn’t and let him go. He killed someone |
+1 Also mental health institutions. There are a bunch of podcasts with personal stories about this. If you have good insurance, always say that your mental health is good when you are asked at a medical facility. Get your mental healthcare on your own dime outpatient privately. Otherwise, you’ll be roped in whether you want to or not. Ownership wants that money. |
