The Obama example is a stupid one. Even if the Obamas didnt have a fence, anyone trying to breech their living space uninvited would be shot before they made it past the threshold. But it is a valid point that people who are physically and economically separated from ever having to cross paths with illegal immigrants in their every day life get to live behind fences, walls, and security. Their lives are completely insulated from the issues they berate others into accepting.
