yes, i think all Michigan movement (Ross and LSA) has been OOS. |
| Has there been any Georgia Tech movement? |
What's a few, 3 or 30? |
| UMichigan takes 1500 or so off of the waitlist, so just be patient. |
Two of the last 4 years had <100 kids admitted off the waitlist. |
Harvard historically takes few from the waitlist |
This is an exaggeration. |
| Has W&M moved at all on waitlist? |
Yes, they started moving on May 5. |
| Dartmouth is officially full. |
Stop spreading misinformation. For 2024, 1,000 were offered off of the waitlist https://obp.umich.edu/wp-content/uploads/pubdata/cds/CDS_2024-25_umaa_2-19-25.pdf Box C2 For 2023, 950+ were offered off of the waitlist https://obp.umich.edu/wp-content/uploads/pubdata/cds/CDS_2023-24_UMAA_10-25-24.pdf 955 were offered off of the waitlist Box C2 Getting off the waitlist at UMichgan is a common occurrence. |
| Dartmouth update is pathetic, basically full but still maintaining the watilist just in case. Asking to self remove if not interested but they have not closed it. Probably wont until June. |
Tufts said the same thing yesterday. |
Anyone that’s going to jump ship is likely to another Ivy and they all close waitlists fast, so it is annoying as likelihood is so slim on summer melt. |
I don't think it's pathetic---better to say this now than the end of June. They're full. If your kid is not currently admitted to Dartmouth for the class of 2025 they're not going unless the sky falls. Dartmouth is giving everyone the opportunity to fully close this chapter and move on. |
