Same question here, went to tryouts this past weekend. Coaches were looking at their toes and not watching the kids play. Horrendous. No numbered players. Poor poor VDA assessment.

Now they you mention it, they didn’t have numbers. Maybe they knew most of the kids or already had the teams decided? I did think they were paying attention however.

MV doesn’t need to worry about VDA. He should worry about coaching something other than kickball.
