So are you saying ecnl will be a joke or the joining of the forces?

Different poster but I would say both. Ecnl has forced ecnl clubs (union/brave) to merge so why would they consider taking a club with no ecnl rl and ok top teams and merging them with the lowest ranked club in ecnl rl to give them ecnl. I also don’t think asa would want to do it and lose out on MLSN. Historically those two clubs have also struggled to work together and right now asa is the strongest of the two and would unlikely be willing to give up any power in decision making to LMVSC.

Not quite ECNL related but question around summer training. My daughter is on a RL team. She has done Super Y the past few years but wants to do a little more this summer. My understanding is that the ECNL teams will continue to train so I’ve already asked our club about that possibility. Curious if anyone has a suggestion for camps or other training opportunities during the summer.
It seems at the U13 age and moving forward that clubs dedicate a lot more practice opportunities for ECNL.

ECNL doesn’t practice in the summer UNLESS the team makes national playoffs then they prepare for the playoffs or finals 8 if they make it that far. But generally season ends by Memorial Day or first week of June and resume in August

That is correct. DD plays on the ECNL team, and they practice in summer/winter, after a short break.

Because the ECNL NL team is the true first team, RL = 2nd teams, no matter how you want to look at it.

Nva beat Union 2-1. Was the game as close as the score suggests?
