Are we so sure Amber is not drug and alcohol addicted? They were both terrible to and for each other.

The NY Post article about his testimony was devastating. Poor me, no responsibility for actions. Me me me. He finally admitted to cheating on Vanessa and leaving her. His testimony did not help his cause at all. It was just a show without substance. Absolute narcissism.

Looking at the recent photos - it appears he is losing parts in Hollywood is because he is aging out of the profession.

He really looks OLD.

Maybe they’re both narcissists but Depp’s revolting contempt for Heard and references to her dead body and setting her on fire are deeply disturbing. It’s one thing to dislike an ex and even to hate them. But when you start openly discussing their dead bodies, it’s sadistic and indicates that you, at the very least, want them to be hurt.

Remember that HE brought this suit not her. What the heck was he thinking. The case was over the minute his own witness, their therapist, said there was mutual abuse. Doesn’t matter if she abused him. Only matter if he did it to her — just once — to make her op Ed true. And he doesn’t need to have hit her. Throwing the phone and hitting her is enough.

Johnny Depp claimed he doesn’t have a problem with alcohol. I find this incredibly difficult to believe.

He seems to trot out his tolerance thinking it’s a good thing that he can ingest massive loads of drugs and alcohol without it really affecting him.

That’s what he’s been after. Dragging out her dirty laundry. That’s his win - not this case that doesn’t make sense.

So how does this end? I think Johnny can't win. (This is at odds with my personal feelings, which are that Amber is a monster and Johnny the victim.)

I keep thinking how terrible this must be for his children to witness. Poor Lily-Rose has this broken, childish man as a father. She must have witnessed his erratic behavior and the way he pursued this unstable young woman at the expense of stability. I can only imagine what that must have felt like for a teenaged Lily-Rose when J and A were married, and how it must feel to see her dad in this state now.

They’re BOTH guilty of emotional and physical abuse. They BOTH came from toxic childhoods. She should not pretend to be completely innocent when she was sometimes the aggressor. It’s all so sad.
