Better yet, bring the Arlington MFs to a Mclean practice and watch them trounce the Mclean starting 6, 8 and 10. Fight to keep their spots instead of just who kisses CW's @ss.

This weekend, Arlington GA/ECNL 07 playing in the 07 age group in ASIST, lost 1-0 to Beach FC (a CCL team) and beat Herndon 07--also a CCL team--2-1 (that game almost ended in a tie). Arlington 07 will struggle in ECNL if that's the best it can do. And that's after giving themselves the best schedule in the bracket (1 game Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday), while the rest played 2 games Saturday late afternoon/early evening and another on Sunday. At least McLean 07 played up an age group in the McLean Cup, as did Loudoun 07 in the Loudoun Showcase.

Coppermine 07 won the half bracket with McLean 07, who didn’t even make the final. That’s an embarrassment

It's not for safety as the teams are going to SC for Showcase. It is because they were upset they were not refunded last year. It was not ethical keeping the entire registration fee. They should have refunded a portion.

Jeff Cup gave a significant credit to teams that didn’t get to play last year towards this year’s tournament. So it can’t be that either. Plus the majority of McLean teams are playing in Jeff Cup.

JA and CW are not taking any of their teams. No girls McLean teams from U10-U14 are going. Not sure the reason but the parents are unhappy

Can a McLean parent shed some light on this? If the parents are upset about this I have to believe at least one of them asked for an explanation as to why they weren’t going
