Why is your cat currently mad at you?

I have two cats. My six-month-old loves water.
This morning, I caught her playing with her water dish.
She continues to dump water all over and finally, I had enough.
I put her in her room. Yes, My cats have a small bedroom. She was mad at me the whole day. She played with everyone except me.😹😹

As per usual, I gave him half a grilled chicken breast cut up into pieces for his dinner. He is upset because I wouldn't give him the other half, but he would be more upset tomorrow if his grilled chicken were not ready precisely at 6 pm.

My 7 month old kittens loooooooove me and would never be angry. They may get a bit annoyed when my 5 year old carries them around like babies and smothers them in kisses, but they keep coming back for more so I know they secretly love it.

This morning my cat caught me feeding a stray that’s been hanging around recently. She’s been giving me the silent treatment all day.

Lol Yup, she saw me doing it and had an intense stare down with the stray through the window. When that was over she let out a demonic sounding meow like I’ve never heard before. Gotta love cats ❤️

Our cat pees on a specific spot on the the carpet when he’s mad. This time I think it’s because we rearranged some stuff in the basement.

i read it to my cat, who is an angel napping beside me while i read dcum instead of writing that THING already, and she licked my hand as if to say, "I'm not like those other cats" - then she bit me

We haven't refilled the nina ottosson food puzzle with cheese or tuna for them.

They enjoy lounging on the deck while we work or drink coffee but hate their harnesses (minor improvement with the one Found My Animal one, though) so they beg to come out but then hiss when we put the harnesses on

We don't give the kitten enough attention so she meows during SO's conference calls and video meetings and chirps any time, really, just to see if you're paying attention.

The older cat bites me when I speak to my SO on the phone and tries to interrupt anytime we are within 4' of each other.

My boy kitten got neutered today. He's still pretty out of it, but I imagine tomorrow he's going to be pissed off.

I came home and this seemed to anger my cat. He stood at the door and howled at me (he's a snowshoe siamese and extremely loud). It was acceptable to feed him, but now just my presence seems to be annoying. Earlier today, he climbed on my lap so I pet him. This was unacceptable. He wanted to stand in my lap, but I was not supposed to pet him.

He was batting around a can of wet food and trying to bite it open. I thought he was hungry so I opened the can and put some on a small plate for him. He took one bite and stalked off. Silly me. I ruined the fun projectile, AND the flavor was unacceptable.
