Was my doctor hitting on me?

Don't ruin the fantasy!

Oh yeah, he definitely wants to do you. Schedule another appointment ASAP. You need it.

He may not have been but this is why they now teach medical students to “talk before they touch” in order for you the patient to understand why they are palpating the area. The lines are def blurred so it is so important to communicate!

If OP pays co-pay, it's like paying money for sex though.

That does not raise any red flags that he was “hitting on you” at all to me. though it is not good practice to not speak before or during it (“I’m going to see if there is any pony tenderness” or “let’s check your range if motion.”) doctors do stuff that’s not exactly ideal all the time-this sounds “off” like failing to make eye contact because they’re typing the whole time or seeming mildly irritated with questions is off, not inappropriate sexual overture off, in my opinion. But if you don’t like him or weren’t comfortable you should switch doctor’s because that’s important.

maybe you need to stop drinking so early in the day OP

I'm the doctor in question. I most definitely was hitting on her. the way she calls me Doctor! The way she looks into my eyes and told me there was something wrong with her T3 vertebrae. I went to investigate with a trembling hand. Her hair ... so silky soft! It smelled like ... strawberries and frozen margaritas. Her skin was smooth and warm under my touch. If she'd been wearing a paper robe I probably would have burst right then and there.

The appointment was over far too soon.

Oh, one million percent troll post now.

With all of the posts addressing your "real" issue, this is the only thing you chose to reply about?
To defend yourself??

I don't think he was hitting on you. When I had a vibe like that, the doctor waited for me near the elevator to ask me out. That is how you know.

Otherwise, he is probably just overly friendly.

Very good point, not that there's anything wrong with that.

Well it sounds like he was being a bit of a perv which is not unheard of in doctors.

yup. definitely possible the doc is attracted to her and taking advantage of his position. If he is really interested in asking her out, there are less creepy ways to do it.

(if we are sharing creepy doc stories, I once had a male gynecologist ask me, while I was completely exposed and he was sitting in the stool, if my boyfriend gave me oral sex, and then proceed to go into detail regarding different techniques).
