If You Are A Maryland Democrat Contemplating A Vote For Hogan, Read This First:

Lifelong Democrat. I'd vote for Hogan if he'd give up his ridiculous Beltway initiative.

Ok, read it.
I'm even more convinced to vote for Hogan.

Republicans only make good decision when faced with life threatening cancer.

He was good for a second but has gone off the rails. A good dose of a relapse might help him find his humanity again.

Congrats -- you are so disgusting that even some fellow democrats may, perhaps, call you out.

What a nasty, disgusting statement to make about anyone. I hope you never get sick.

Gov. Hogan's positions on some issues really concern me, that's why I started this post. But he seems to be an honorable man with integrity that is hard to come by in the political arena these days. Shame on you.

I'm OP.

Md is lucky to have him

Why would that article cause me not to vote for him? Can anyone explain that in a non-hyperbolic, relatively non-partisan way?

I'm not saying the article has moved me to his camp either (I'm undecided at this point), but I really don't understand how that would move the needle either way.

I don't get it either. If you want to criticize him, do it for his actions as governor, not what he said in some interview. Actions speak louder than words and so on.

Hogan is going to win by a large margin.

Op is really not helping his/her cause by failing to highlight any specific reason or facts and using unsubstantiated vague statements.

Of course hogan is not going to condemn trump, he is a Republican.

I would vote for him if he ran for President.

+1. Thank you for putting it so well.

Democrat here whose husband is a cancer survivor.

What you wrote is outrageous, and I hope you reconsider.

Trump wants Hogan to win and would be happier with a Hogan win.

Has anyone really tried the stuff Jealous is proposing? I mean we need a left wing version of the stuff Brownback is trying.

MD is being run into the ground, and you're going to keep the same guy in office? Have fun with that.

Also, Trump didn't win by an overwhelming majority, and we all know that. Why does Hogan keep repeating the lie?

How is Maryland being run into the ground? And to the extent you believe that, how is Hogan responsible for that given that he has been in office only three years and has a Democratic legislature the whole time.
