Waste of time: Democratic senators will oppose any nominee and Republicans will support them. The only exceptions are the ones who feel vulnerable on either side.

Coney Barrett went to Notre Dame law on a full scholarship and graduated with a perfect GPA and first in the class and went on to clerk for Justice Scalia. Not too shabby. There's nothing wrong with ND law

The People of Praise appear to be some kind of bizarre charasmatic renewal group whose beliefs are rooted in the Pentacostal movement. We do not need another hyper religious Justice on the Supreme Court, especially with Roe v. Wade and LGBT rights hanging by a thread. Trump will probably pick a woman to persuade liberals to back down, but this woman sounds extremely problematic.

Sounds a little bit like the South Korean president and her adviser.

ND is a football independent and the rest of the teams are in the ACC.

A supreme court justice is selected based on the opinions they write, not their grades or clerkship. That's the starting point of a career, not its pinnacle.
