+1 I eat keto/low carb from time to time to lose fat and you are wrong, PP. Nothing bad about carbs. Too little fats (especially the good ones) is not be a good idea for women though. But your blanket statement is incorrect. |

This is all nonsense. My best friend lost 70 pounds this year by limiting carbs (bread and dessert only on weekends) and eating tons of veggies and fruit, plus walking 4-5 miles every single day. A good common sense way of eating (not "diet") that is yummy, sustainable, and works over months of time. My friend has 30 pounds to go and no doubt will keep do it and keep it off. She is happy and loves her food and is not eating anything weird. |

I can do it, but only in salad form. Baby spinach, baby kale, arugula, all good as a salad. Kale is good in soups, but other than that, I agree. |
