Meh! Most of the married men do not get enough sex anyways so I do not care for the opinion on this thread. In fact it makes me realize that there are a lot of suppressed women on this board.

As long as a kids did not know that the parents were having sex there is no harm. It is a funny tale of an almost Coitus Interruptus but there is nothing wrong with it. I am sure that couple was not making a habit of having sex with their doors open. Lesson learned.

Child abuse? That's a little extreme. I heard my parents a lot. Whenever I woke up out of a sound sleep late at night and heard it happening, my reaction was honestly a mix of horror and excitement. The kid in me screamed "No!" while the half-asleep, irrational teenage hormones in me screamed "Hey, sex is happening!" irrespective of who was on the other side of the wall.

PP 23:46 again. How many parents think they're being stealthy but can actually be heard? I doubt there are people who consciously go at it thinking, "Hey! Let's give the kids a good show."

How do you KNOW the kids can hear you?

I'm thinking about all those many thousands of years when people lived in one-room huts or tents and the parents had sex with kids right there in the room with them. Apparently that was child abuse! Who knew.

Slippery slope argument, but I guess you are too dumb to understand what that means and too repressed to make an attempt to understand. The couple did not have sex in front of the kid deliberately but the kid interrupted them accidentally.

The kid did not witness or know that his parents were having sex. He came in unexpectedly in the middle of his parents having sex and did not realize what was happening. It is a funny story not only because the kid did not get traumatized, witness or understand what was happening BUT also because of the clumsy attempt of the dad to finish and the mortification of the mom.

There are stories of teens walking in on their parents having sex or seeing their mom giving a BJ to the dad, ( posted on some old thread on DCUM) that would really be traumatizing, embarrassing and horrifying because the teens saw and know what they saw. It is of no comfort to anyone that these were accidental as well. No one wants to have sex in front of their kids - except maybe the Duggars.

+1. It causes me to wonder if some of the posters have experienced really good sex. You have every good intention of staying as quiet as possible, but once you're in the throws of passion, you reach a point where you can no longer control what you do or what comes out of your mouth. And for those few moments, frankly, you could care less.
