Baby name Cinnamon- nickname Cindy

Get ready for some truly "tasteless" jokes like, "do you taste like Cinnamon?"

Really, OP?
It sounds very low-class, but whatever floats your boat.

Also, Neil Young's "Cinnamon Girl" song comes to mind.

He wrote in a drug fueled or fever induced (pick one) state and it's believed to be about his yearning for a Mexican girl to love.

Are you a recreational drug user, OP? Might just suit your style.

Peace.

Both of those are stripper names.

How about Cosima instead? It still has 3 syllables, and has a similar sound. Or Cassia, a type of Cinnamon.

I want to live with a cinnamon girl...

I knew a Cinnamon - she had red hair. 30+ years later, the name is still silly.

Some PP's are investing far too much energy in getting worked up about this name. This is clearly a troll.

omg, my dog's name is paprika! we should have a playdate.

You should meet my daughter! She wants to grow up to have a baby named Mae. Except her full name will be Mayonnaise.

Maybe Cinnamon and Mayonnaise could have playdates.

My son's MIL is named Cinnamon. We all call her Cinny. Her mother calls her CB. Last name, maiden name, started with a B. And no it isn't Bun.

I actually knew a real live Cinnamon years ago. Not a stripper as far as I know.

She would be in her young 40s now.

One has poor moral values and one has both parents in jail. One is named after an alcoholic drink and there is no way to say her name without smirking. The other one has a Disney name which is fine if you are an animal but never going to work out well as an adult. As much as I love unique names, some carry connotations that cannot be transcended. That's not say you shouldn't name your child whatever you want. Just how long have you dreamed of this name and is there any chance it's just a passing whim?

Define "Disney" name - like oh, crap, we named our daughter Jasmine and then Aladdin exploded or more like Thumper because they just loved that bunny so damn much?

I was thinking Bambi.

I wouldn't do it OP. If you insist on a spice name--maybe Saffron.

" I'm just mad about Saffron, Saffron's mad about me, They call me mellow yellow, quite rightly"
