How many tattoos do you have? Do you think tattoos look sleazy on women?

I got slammed for saying this a year ago on this site but on our last trip to Hawaii last summer I saw this unbelievably beautiful blond in a bikini (10) and she had two HUGE angel wings tattooed on her back.

Here you are, the luckiest girl in the world to be born with looks like this and you go and make yourself look like crap. I could tell everyone at the pool was thinking the same exact thing. Stupid, that's all I can say.

Never got one. I think they look gross on women AND on men. I'm at a resort and all the men are beer bellied and tatted up.

Here's another stupid tattoo story. I have a friend in the Marine Corps and for the last two years he's been working his ass off to be excepted to Officer Candidate school (or what ever they call it). So out of the blue he goes out and gets this stupid tattoo on his arm. A month later he finally gets excepted by the Marines for this Officer School. Once they saw that he had an exposed tattoo, they told sorry Charlie, no visable tattoos for Officers allowed.

I worked with hipsters in Austin and was absolutely the outlier (no tattoos). It would KILL me to see gorgeous girls in their early twenties with goofy tattoos covering their entire thighs, calves, forearms, chests...it broke my heart.

Anyway, I think a small tattoo can be neat, attractive etc on either gender. I don't find lots of tattoos attractive on anyone.

I have a treble clef on the inside of my right wrist, and I am getting ready to get a band of music around my left bicep, it will go down the inside of my arm and then cover the inside of my left arm. I used to be a cutter. It will cover the scars, but will also be in memory of my brother, who died in 2004. The music will be from his favorite song, Desperado- The Eagles. His name will be incorporated into the part going down the inside of my arm. I am 44, female, and a musician.

I have zero.

I think some tattoos look sleazy and some look gorgeous. I've seen women with a word or name tattooed just above their breast, so it is visible when they are wearing a lower cut shirt. i think that is sleazy. I think "sleeves" are gorgeous.

+1. Zero tattoos myself, but have seen many that are absolutely beautiful. Not on the same level as a tramp stamp.

I don't have any tats. I think one tat on the shoulder blade could look sexy, but for the most part, I don't like them on women.

A biceps tattoo on a guy is sexy, but multiple tats is a complete turnoff.

We were just at a waterpark a few days ago and it is surprising how almost everyone has some kind of tattoo. Crazy. I think it is definitely a class thing.
