Nope, L-T is our IB school but we are next to SWS. We visit the new playground almost every day (when the weather isn't awful). |
Your principal interviewed for the top job at my child's school and while back and I desperately wanted her to be our principal. Glad to hear about happy families at JO Wilson. |
The principal at J.O. does seem remarkable. |
Another N.E. resident and Lee family. We too only applied for DCI feeder schools. Not sure we would take a spot if offered. The more time we are at Lee the more we like it. |
For Lee folks, does the move affect your decisions? |
Lee too - I would have lotteried for YY and MV but no longer interested in DCI (tech concerns), so not willing to give up a bird in the hand. no lottery for us. feels weird to sit it out! |
We are praying that the move will not be too far away. |
Is lee most esprit planning to go through MS like Logan or what's the plan there? |
Sorry that should read: Lee Montessori. |
Lee chartered through 5 I think. Preliminary plans brewing to possibly create a middle school/ high school |
Sometimes I wonder how many people really play the lottery. Like it's the same 2-3 dozen of us posting on here all the time and no one else. Obviously numbers don't lie- but... |
Yes it is! No responses at all. We shall see when the results are released. |
Last year the schools with the longest wait lists had over 1,300 kids in all their grades. I think some schools had PK3 waitlists of over 600. So there are a lot more than those who post on here. |
1. LAMB
2. Oyster-Adams 3. DC Bilingual 4. Mundo Verde 5. Marie Reed 6. Stokes |
LAMB was a separate lottery |
