Ebola patient in Texas has died

I tend to agree he knew he was exposed as well. But I still think it's terribly sad he died.

Now I hope that Dallas is meticulous in their next steps as this will be a very highly contagious period.

The ten people with whom he came in contact and the 38 other people with whom they came into contact are all healthy thus far. But keep shouting, Chicken Little.

Telegrams take a while to arrive. Be patient.

The smoke signals are having trouble today because of the wind. Stay tuned!

Are you a Christian? Because if you are, you need to look inside and find some pity and compassion.

If you're not, maybe you should head to church.

But see, that's ok because as a PP pointed out: "he wanted to live!" - even at the expense of others' lives. Even risking the lives of his children and others' children.

This guy was a selfish a-hole, not a hero.

I just heard on the news that his family is not pleased with the care he received. I smell a lawsuit.

What a slap in the face of the healthcare workers who risked their lives to treat him.

I did too when I first saw this thread and nothing came up. I guess the sites just hadn't updated.

Well, he was sent home from the hospital the first time around.. however, if he'd been admitted right away, it might not ultimately have helped.
I don't think they win if they decide to file, but I hope they have more sense than that.
