Muffy Aldrich has a preppy lifestyle blog, and after the string of WASPy threads last week, someone posed the question, "do DCUMs all want to be Muffy Aldrich?" The thread was mostly normal, with some criticism of their lifestyle (I, for one, commented that obsessing over which navy blue LL Bean doesn't strike me as particularly "authentic," one of the big words on her blog) and their educational philosophies, until someone started putting up a hella lotta info about the Aldrich's personal lives. At which point Mr. Aldrich asked Jeff to remove the thread, which as you know from OP's threats, he did. Seems like the right decision to me.
