Did you see David Corn on MSNBC? He said there's another shoe to drop on this story, embargoed till tomorrow on Mother Jones. |
I know. Such poor choice of words. Shelter and food are pretty fundamental. |
I told my husband " I think he has been crying!" his nose was all swollen and red. And what was that when he said "...and people think they are entitled to healthcare...." isn't he the guy who had "universal healthcare" for MA," what a dumb ass! Christ, he's screwed. |
I'm sure Medicare recipients are thrilled to hear that! |
And healthcare is not? 47% should also give themselves appendectomies. |
Mittens is in surgery at the moment having his foot removed from his mouth. |
Is it about the sex parties? |
Oh I agree. But many conservatives don't. I thought we could all find common ground with food and shelter. |
good for you libtards I will be laughing when in 2 years after obama's election we will be in depression 2.0 |
You must have roared when you heard we lost an ambassador. |
Why do you hate America? |
Part 2 is out and it is about foreign policy:
http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/09/romney-secret-video-israeli-palestinian-middle-east-peace It's not really a stretch to describe Romney's thoughts on foreign policy as "Palinesque". He doesn't want to pursue an Israeli-Palestinian peace process, but rather "kick it down the road". In fact, he opposes a two-state solution altogether. He somehow has the idea that the West Bank borders Syria. He believes Iran's nuclear program is a threat because they might make a dirty bomb -- ignoring the fact a dirty bomb doesn't require a nuclear program. He mentions that a former US Secretary of State called him to say that a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians might be possible, but says he didn't delve into it (suggesting he had no interest in the idea). |
I want to thank Mitt for causing me to go back to the Obama "guns and religion" comment. If you listen in context, he was clearly expressing sympathy for the plight of the people he was discussing, and explaining why he was still working for their votes despite their apparent antipathy. Just the opposite of Romney, who does not worry about the 47% whose votes he cedes to Obama.
BTW, it was Jon Chait, via TPM's Josh Marshall, that pointed this out (http://talkingpointsmemo.com/archives/2012/09/just_right_1.php?ref=fpblg). The "clinging" quote was more akin to "You didn't build that." than to "47%". |
I wish someone would ask Mittens point blank if he ever took advantage of amnesty offered by the IRS in 2009 to those who hid assets off-shore and Switzerland. |
