The prosecutors from this guy’s last case begged the judge to hold him in jail. She refused and let him out. If he had been in jail, that young woman would have gotten home from work that day. Instead, she’s in the ICU fighting for her life and has burns over 60% of her body. That is not okay. |
Why do you not care about the victims of crimes? Because you live in a wealthy suburb and don’t have to deal with it? |
I agree. It's not okay. But WHY is this happening? WHY are men setting women on fire and stabbing them on trains? |
You didn't answer my questions. I live in Baltimore city. And I do care about victims. I think we do a disservice to victims by not solving the actual problem. |
I think your comment is a disservice that doesn't solve any problem. |
So you're unable to answer the questions. Thank you for making it clear that you're just here to spew hate. |
A woman is set on fire and you make this about Trump. Seriously. |
The. U.S. is not responsible for feeding, heath and general welfare of the entire world. If people are dying in other countries, their governments are failing them, not the U.S. |
Do you want these violent men as your neighbor? The answer to recidivist violent men is prison. And all those who have experienced trauma from these men who were let go by progressives would agree. The dead can't talk. But go ahead. Open your home to these men. And then I'll pay attention to your opinion. |
The three strikes rule that was put in place in the late ‘90 lead to the lowest crime rates in decades. It needs to be implemented again and more prisons built. And yes throwing people in prison for violent crimes should be the standard, not a last resort. |
Some people can’t be fixed. It’s a hard truth, and they should be separated from polite society after the first violent encounter. |
Send them to Epstein Island |
Same as in NYC. Once upon a time these people were locked up with little to no hope of ever getting out. They were a danger to society and the cities protected the law-abiding citizens first. |
Are we "throwing people in jail?" What percentage of crimes that COULD be sentenced to jail time, actually ARE sentenced to the maximum time (as opposed to getting a lighter sentence, probation, plead out, etc.?) |
| If you commit a violent crime against any one you deserve a bullet in the head. Problem solved. |
