What do you mean by democratic reform. Are you talking about the one state solution? The mythical democratic, secular, one state solution? I'd have better luck winning the lottery. The two sides aren’t any closer to a two state solution, and a Palestinian one state solution is a pipe dream. Maybe there is an outside shot at a three state solution, but I don’t see it.
