Get a grip. These literal teenagers should be able to deal with people having thoughts and opinions about things.

Yeah, like OP is a total douche.

See? Feels good, doesn’t it?

DS visited and wouldn't consider the University of Rhode Island. Said the students were too tall.

Brown. Used to think of it as a place for trust fund kids. Now think of it as the ultimate UMC striver school.

I realize these aren’t necessarily fair estimations, just being honest

UVA. They waitlisted my 3.98/4.5, 1560 FCPS kid...f 'em.

It's awful to want lucrative career opportunities right out of college?

If there's ever a time to be immersed in the world of ideas, for knowledge for knowledge's sake, it's in college. You don't need to major in business in order to have a valuable career out of college.

You don't need to go to college (and spend $$$$$) to immerse yourself in "the world of ideas" and "knowledge for knowledge's sake".

Liberty, because Falwell is a scumbag.

(That said, I know perfectly decent people who've done online graduate study there because it's convenient.)

Yale has always rubbed me the wrong way. Perhaps because it appears to be so inaccessible and secretive.

USC and UMiami - spoiled rich kids.

All the schools that were popular in my HS: Wesleyan, Vassar, Brown, Cornell
I wanted to have nothing to do with anyone who went there.
