| Mine was like yours until 2 kids and depression and mental illness. He took care of me so well. Not anymore. Make sure you don’t have any red flags. |
| You have a giver so treat him well. |
The neediness is your posting this online. Weird. |
| Barf. |
Agree!!! |
10. And my SO of 6 years would do this. |

My ex was entirely missing this gene. I could be horribly sick and begging him to do something, watch the kids, let me rest etc. yet he'd get a cold and expect the world to stop.
New partner is amazing! He doesn't make as much money. In my middle age I prefer a true partner and human. |
| Why are you sick at his apartment and not your own? How inconsiderate of you to spread your germs and disrupt his sleep. He should dump you. |
He knew and wanted me to stay over. He figures he is already exposed and says he won’t get sick (and he hasn’t). |
If you really cared about him you wouldn’t put him at risk. It’s selfish. I hope that if he gets sick you step up. |

This guy is a 10! Several years ago I was seeing a guy and stayed over his house and ended up getting horrible diarrhea- I mean I literally could not be away from the toilet (thanks to catching a bug from my toddler nephew at the time). I was so embarrassed and essentially couldn’t leave to go back to my place bc it was so bad. I had to come clean and tell him what was up. This amazing man was compassionate and told me not to worry about it and immediately went to CVS to get me Imodium, chicken noodle soup and took care of me! We’ve been married for 8 years!

| Well, yeah. He’s a BF so he’s still on his best behavior. How long have you been dating? |
You literally asked posters to rate your boyfriend’s efforts on a Likert scale. “Needy” is a kind word. |
How long have you been dating? My husband of 15 years does this but a boyfriend? It's possible he's just courting. |
