For breakfast I had greek yogurt, ground turkey and an egg and a little avocado and feel stuffed. What are some foods I can eat that won’t make me super full? dinner is usually a salad and some protein.

That is a huge breakfast!

It really wasn’t. It was about half a cup of plain yogurt (80 calories) 2 oz of ground turkey (90 calories) and one egg (70 calories) and 1 tbsp of guac (30 calories)

How old are you and what is your exercise level? Because for most people who spend their whole day at an office for example, that is a huge breakfast.

Well I mean, that’s actually a lot of food so it’s not surprising you’re full. I think the key is to try to pack nutrition into your meals so eggs anre good, but butters, salmon and other fatty fish. Etc. Anyway I went through a patch of being unable to really eat and found smoothies were the answer. Frozen bananas make them creamy. I add almond milk the banana and chocolate protein powder sometimes with a tb of almond butter. I also added fiber to this. Even now this is my go to breakfast.

If she’s only eating a bite, then it’s not much food at all.

For me, it's like forced intermittent fasting, but without any hunger or cravings. I feel the best I've felt in decades.

do you ever feel weak?

And then people talk freely about their eating disorders with zero self awareness…

That's a tiny breakfast. Not sure if people saying it's huge are trolling or what. Are you people who just have a bite of muffin and coffee?
