Gen Z not voting and handing a win to criminal Trump

Exactly this. If democrats really believed that democracy was in peril, they would put up a great candidate. Instead, they are just looking out for themselves and toeing the line.

Clearly you did not watch Iowa 60 year old idiots voting in a paper bag.

Clearly you did not watch Iowan morons stuffing more than one ballot per person in a paper bag with zero oversite.

Raising the voting age is beyond stupid oh wait of course that come from a Republican.

Today Republicans celebrated Ron DeSantis quoting Budweizer as Winston Churchill. I rest my case.

I can't imagine that being able to have an abortion is your priority.

seriously - how are we supposed to express our disgust? I was a teen when sbrenika (sp?) happened and was appalled. Honestly watching what is happening live streamed in front of us makes me think about the jewish community globally and how they must've been horrified at how the 1 whole world turned there backs on them and allowed them to die in teh last century, we did the same thing in Rwanda and Bosnia . The United States is the global leader and we have NEVER stopped genocide from happening, just wring our hands at the deaths when they are over. The ethnic cleansing going in in Sudan is unacceptable and old man Biden has no bandwidth to deal with it. the boomers need to fade away and let younger people who have the capacity to chew gum and walk at the same time take over and I mean people in their sixties and we have to STOP witnessing ethnic cleansing.

Never again should mean never again anywhere. and this conflict started with ben gurion and his terror squads, 10/7 was just a particularly nasty and brutal event in a longer conflict plus Hamas are terrorists, Israel is state and has to be held to higher standards than China, Russia/ terrorists etc etc- they need to follow the standards set by Finland, Denmark, Spain and the rest of their Eurovision song contestant peers in this day and age, not 100-80 years ago.

Why can’t Gen Z see the big picture? Are you all just crazy not to see the wall we are about to hit if Trump gets in again? He’s a dictator and a criminal. How on earth can you all stay on the sidelines and say you aren’t going to vote in the upcoming election because of X, Y, or Z? How can you dare not vote and basically hand the presidential election to Trump, which is what he’s counting on…your apathy and confusion….because you actually think he’s a better candidate and forget everything else he stands for or has done to disrupt peace, including the insurrection?

What the f? Gaza is a genocide. 25,000 civilians killed and 2.3 million homeless facing death by starvation. Gen Z has it right Biden and the old folks home are wrong. This is a values thing. The Democratic Party will not go along with a genocide for a Jewish state.

If you don’t want Trump all you have to do is cut Israel off and a one state solution. I guess you would rather destroy US democracy vs stop the slaughter in Gaza. This is happens what Israel is more important vs the US.

Not to take this off topic, because my GenZ kids agree to an extent, but there is more nuance here. Israel is acting in response to Oct 7. If Hamas doesn't attack, none of the events of the last three months take place.

Biden is being attacked from the left for being too sympathetic to Israel and he is being attacked from the right for being too sympathetic to Palestinians. That tells me he is trying to strike the right balance. At the end of the day, the progressive GenZ'ers need to understand that whatever fault they are finding with Biden, any GOP president would be far, far worse to both Palestinians and American Arabs.

You do not kill 25,000 civilians without targeting the civilian. This is not “self-defense”. It is a country’s armed forces attacking civilians to punish, terrorize and force the people to leave their homes on penalty of death. Biden and Netanyahu are working together with this. Biden has not called for a ceasefire or applied any pressure on Israel to reduce civilian deaths and the destruction of Gaza.

Biden instead has increased arms shipments to Israel while cheering on the slaughter. Remember how Biden denied there were any civilians casualties in Gaza or how he joked about the Palestinians(not Hamas) needing better aim? Biden has been working for 3 months on a deal to get the Saudi Arabia to establish relationships Israel. In turn Saudi Arabia will get nuclear weapons and US military security guarantees similar to what NATO countries enjoy. Trump would be incapable of making that deal.

Biden does not give two sh#ts about the Palestinians or Arabs. He and the democrats sees them as Hamas terrorists. I care about Gaza because Biden could stop it at any time but refuses. F him.

Oh and guess what Trump will be horrible for Israel and American Jews. Trump hates Bibi, surrounds himself with white supremacist and can change long term foreign policies positions(like nato, support for Israel, etc) on a drop of a dime.

Just remember it is you who values Israel over everything else including this country. So you have a choice to make Israel or the US with president trump. I know you will choose Trump.

I can't imagine that being able to have an abortion is your priority.

And that’s why you’re destined to lose on it. You don’t understand that an unwanted pregnancy is a crossroads, and when a wanted abortion is denied women lose out in education, security, safety, independence and their existing children do, too. It’s called the Turnaway Study, go look it up.

As for criminality, half the charges are clearly partisan, and Biden's family was definitely doing shady grifting cash for influence. There are things about Trump I don't like and some of his behavior following 2020 was questionable, but there's a long history of Democratic histrionics that I can't take them too seriously.

And maybe Z is not ad progressive as you want them to be?

There is not a both sides to the bolded. It is simply not equivalent.

And "questionable" behavior after 2020? You mean like inciting a riot to storm the capitol and try to overthrow an election?

Trump is just as old. More demented. And lacks any impulse control. Ditto to his handlers. So how is trump any better . . . . you already know the answer. He's not better and in fact much worse.

Why should the democrats give up the incumbency advantage and who would be polling better than Biden?

Because democracy is not in peril with Biden, who has done a great job as POTUS. He's not perfect. None are. But he's done a remarkable job cleaning up the steaming pile of dog sh--- left by the trump administration.

Abortion is now in the state’s hands. If democrats thought it was so important, why didn’t they legislate it into law? Everyone knew that Roe was a stop gap.

a 50 year stop gap? I am old enough to remember Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barret claim it was settled law.

Biden approval lowest in history.

Read it and weep.

You have no idea what back channeling and pressure has been applied. The bottom line is Netanyahu is an authoritarian who is in bed with the Russians. Not much Biden can do about it unless or until the people get Likud out of power.
