2 Silver Spring missing girls - possibly kidnapped.

A 12 year old neighbor of mine went missing in the same area last month. I assumed it was a kidnapping. I was upset the police weren’t knocking on doors, flying helicopters etc. But she was found about 5 days later, unharmed thank god. So even little girls run away.

Not blonde, though. The girl has two different hair colors, both non-blonde.

They were both last seen Aug 15.
Hagan was reported Aug 22.
Hailey was reported <not specified>.

Maybe they were reported late because they were away but in contact with their parents for a few days, before contact was lost.

NP. Not really..this kid has a pattern of running away from home and then returning, apparently…this time he had a girl with him. This is way better than them just randomly disappearing.
