Would you say that if she was white and blonde?

Thanks for sharing, op

Huh? Both of these kids are white. They’re also both 16 which is prime runaway age…

I thought they were both LatinX ?

Why do you think that? Nothing about the article says they are. Their names sound white.

Your point about the parent's is still true, I hope they are found very soon but it very much sounds like their is information leading them to believe this is a runaway case. And that is by FAR the most likely scenario.

Also like someone else said, it isn't two girls. Hagan is a boy.

I think there’s confusion here because the firstI think there’s confusion here because the first picture is image is of two different pictures of a girl(s), but there’s a next picture that is of a boy in a hat.

Whoever wrote that article really should have done a better job. At first glance, it isn't clear that it is 1 girl and 1 boy who are missing. And at one point, it appears they get the dates wrong on when each teen went missing. The whole article is so sloppy

Latinx is white. You get Hispanic white and Non-Hispanic white. Please catch up with the rest of us

Catch up with me and stop identifying people by race and nationality - especially made up designations. 2 kids are missing.

Huh?

-A Latina/ Hispanic.

Not latinX (so stupid, it’s not 2020)

I mean, something is up if they were last seen on the 15th and not reported missing until the 22nd. If they ran away, maybe they did so for a reason.

"Latinx is white" is inaccurate, so maybe you need to catch up? Latinx CAN BE white. They can also be black, Native American, Asian (yes, you can be Latino and Asian!), multiracial... They can also just put down Hispanic/Latino and leave "race" blank. You also can't know what race someone is by looking at their picture. Names can sometimes give an indication, but neither of these kids have names that would necessarily suggest they're Latino(a)(x). They may be or they may not be. Either way, it's far more common for teens of any race or ethnicity to run away than to be kidnapped/trafficked.

Thanks for the totally unnecessary lecture. You total bore.

Click the arrow.

Obviously PP did, that’s how they know it’s a girl and what looks like a boy.

Sounds like a runaway boyfriend and girlfriend.

I thought the boy went missing the 15th (and was reported) and the girl went missing the 22nd. Whoever wrote that article did such a poor job

2 teens are missing, have been missing for a lengthy time, and are likely at-risk / in great danger.

Shouldn’t that be the prevailing issue here? (and how to bring them home safe?)

LatinX is a made up term that Latinos do not use, only White woke people use it

Agreed. Poorly written and confusing. Under the photos of the girl, it says "both teams" when it obviously meant "teens."
