Accepted to Oxford, 1490, 4.0/4.3, 8 APs, school is not awash in AP choices.
I was wary of Emory for DC because of the Greek scene, can anyone comment on whether that is less of a presence at Oxford? |
I don’t think there is any Greek at Oxford and even at Emory, Greek life is not particularly big. |
| Accepted to Oxford Campus 35 ACT great Ec’s top grades from Big 3(No AP’s bc we don’t haves them but lots of honors classes). |
Don't Texas schools have to rank (or at least give percentages) due to how they guarantee acceptance based on what percentile you fall into? Or are your Texas residents living abroad? |

In at Emory!
TO 3.98 UW/4.70 W Many APs/Honors Liberal Arts oriented |
I think of it as a southern school. Nothing more or less. And we can see why their rate is a mere 8%--given the excellent students just on page 1 that it has not accepted. |
Or more likely, Emory decisions are out, as in, they've been released. |
This person has really good schools. None of this makes any sense, of course. |
| Does Legacy matter at Emory? Anyone know? |
Yes full tuition and fees |
Wow, congrats on Northwestern!! Perhaps yield protected at Emory? |
| So does anyone get into main campus. All Emory students I know actually went to Oxford. People dont seem to give it the credit it should, the main campus is just as selective as vandy or Duke. |
