| What counts is they keep making it to the finals. |
Centreville got lucky it was during a monsoon. |
Getting back to the finals is hard to do no matter what path you take. 1 thing Battlefield is doing this season is trying to play the toughest competition allowed. It starts by being placed in Gold Division STJ followed by a spring schedule that will have 7 Fairfax teams on their schedule all mostly likely being in top 12. We will see if they grow as a team against FX and other teams in their District. |
Who’s on their schedule? Do they still have the home and home schedule with their weaker district teams? |
They only play Champe & Freedom SR 2x everyone else once including Patriot. 2 scrimmages against Westfields and Riverside. Can only announce 2 of the 7 that are official. @South County 3/27 and vsYorktown 3/20 |
I am not sure SoCo is much of a step up, but if they can keep Yorktown from getting up double digits in the 1st half this year they would be better than last year just off that…. |
| Wouldn’t win 5 games in any of the top 3 private school leagues. |
Are we talking Boys or Girls here? Comments seem to be mixing in both boys and girls from last season. |
It’s a silly comparison, no? |
Girls |
Not really. Other areas have competitive publics. Since we are talking girls, the best public school in NoVA wouldn't win a game in ISL AA. |
Bet. The bottom of the ISL AA is not that great. Top publics would likely win at least 2 games in ISL AA. Madison only lost by 3 at STAB last year and they were the best private in Virginia and Madison didn’t even make states for publics. |
Battlefield boys would Also not win many games in IAC or WCAC |
Sounds like you have done lots of research in making these statements. Good for you. And by the way who cares. |
| What does any of this have to do with St James? |
