And LGBTQ rights.

My gen z voting kids are more passionate about RvW and LGBTQ rights than all other issues.

Do they live on their own? Do you still support them? I don’t think people fully mature in their appreciation of money and government until they are 100% on their own. Many young millennials and Gen Z are still on some form of parental dole.

I live on my own and R v W is a critical issue and will continue to be. Women are not going to be disrespected and did and will get out on election day to try to right this wrong.

I thinks it’s more that, should someone be raped, they don’t want to be forced to give birth. And who wants to live in a world that’s 120 degrees? The time of old white men is coming to an end as we have seen in the great state of Maryland.

And they grew up with active shooter drills and are sick of seeing their peers gunned down in school while R politicians do NOTHING.

I feel like this happens every election. Young kids like free handouts until they have to get a real.job and pay for everyone elses. Surprise!

That 30-44 group are millennials and they used to be liberal too- they got Obama elected in 2008 and now it's only D+2?

I'm 43 and have an 18 yo daughter that just voted for the first time. Disappointed in our home state results (Texas) but not surprised. I'm glad that I'm safe from reproductive consequences but she and I have concerns about her future with that. She has long term plans to move out of state, where she has legal protection for reproductive care if needed. Sad state of affairs we have in America.

So great she’s planning to use her choice.

Id be interested to see that demographic broken down into race plus marital status. Specifically white women voting when single vs white women voting married.

Glad the younger voters turned out! I am a 58 yo female. Voted D down the ticket. I too care about the environment and Roe v Wade. I have children, nieces and nephews. I care about the next generation.

OMG just pay your damn taxes and get on with it already! Why can’t you afford to pay your fair share? We’re either a civilized society or we are all just resigning ourselves to live in a giant thunderdome so go live in Somalia or something and let the grownups try to create a world for our children.
