This. I wouldn’t expect 9 or even 6 bottles to be fully consumed, but based on preferences you may end up going through 4 bottles of wine in volume, but it’s a mix of red, white and bubbly so you have 6 bottles that ended up open.

How old are these ladies? If it’s 20s-30s, I’d say at least 6 bottles. 40+ you can get away with less. I don’t know many women in their 40s who still drink more than 2 glasses.

I'd say 9 and expect to have some left over which you can drink some other time.

I'm in my 50s and my friends and I can easily drink a bottle+
