As a Canadian, I’d like to point that this isn’t true. The federally respected science table is NOT saying it’s mild, and CBC is saying determination on severity is still up in the air. There are some doctors saying it’s mild in the media, but if you follow multiple sources, you can see this certainly isn’t the accepted thought or direction.

Yes the person who runs the forum is a literal fascist and is open about their disdain for people who are vaccine hesitant. Went so as far to call them dangers to financial and society at large. I’m sure they would be on board with loading unvaccinated folks onto trains to concentration camps if it was an option

You are spreading a virus to people against their will. I guess I would accept that in lieu of being vaccinated, you could agree to pay the medical costs and death benefits for all those that you expose.

Were the people hospitalized vaxxed? Are they older than 65? Underlying health issues? Because based on the above, seems the CDC is stating that the symptoms mirror the common cold.

I realize this is hyperbolic posturing, but how on earth would you purport to calculate and enforce that? And where do we stop? What about people who refuse to get flu shots? Or people who speed? Or people who drive recklessly on those little scooters? Or people who leave banana peels on the ground? Should we ostracize and/or make them all pay too? The world is full of risks and dangers. As far as I am aware, people spreading the flu have not been held liable. But, spreading HIV and some other STDs can not only incur liability, but it has even been criminalized:

OK, you’re right. Let’s add breathing to the list of civil and criminal penalties. Sorry, Jeff, but you will not win this one in the USA. But maybe you guys should considering moving back to the former Soviet Union (isn’t that where your wife is from)? Because I just saw that Russia is enforcing COVID green passes now. Probably something similar or in the works in Georgia given how little they value freedom there. Thankfully that will not happen in the DMV.
