Trump and SCOTUS have set the precedent that all a president has to do issue an EO and the 300 billion will be paid.

Now Trump could take it to Congress and Congress will approve it. Congress just approved giving Israel access to all our technology, intelligence networks, top secret programs, etc with nothing in return. Congress has also given Israel a blank check for US military weapon systems at the expense of our troops and will Congress approve the Trump’s slush fund and exception from taxes for Trump and his family. Congress will do whatever Trump wants.

This is a done deal. Iranians will be getting the 24 billion frozen assets and 300 billion to rebuild. All that will be paid in advance of any opening of the strait. This is the MOU that is being signed.
