I suspect our coach is leaving.

Which coach do you think is leaving?

I would rather not say bc its his only team, he is just completely checked out and unenthusiastic.

Tryouts will be in May. Don't expect to know the coach until right before (highest team). The mid and lower teams often don't have coaches hired before August. Expect an offer for a team without knowing the coach.

Ugh ya'll. Our coach is coming back next year for the third straight year with our team, isn't that kind of messed up? Was hoping for a new coach.

They posted what they are calling "lead" coaches on insta.

My kid is on a third team and we have never seen or even met the "lead" coach and he certainly doesn't seem to contribute plans to oue lackluster practices so really the name is silly and misleading.

And they don't publish any bios because these are their "best" coaches and most are extremely meh to bad.

Oh, please. They post on here sometimes pretending to be parents.

These are their top tier coaches? Yikes. Totally see why they end up with so many parent coaches.

They have their tryouts listed. I can see why people complain. Two tryout dates for age groups with 5-6 teams doesn't really give anyone a chance to be evaluated fairly especially if they only have one coach hired by tryout day.

U9-U12 coaches(boys and girls) are actually pretty good coaches in this area(Except 2). Do you have many kids that your kids worked with all the coaches? Do your own research before you comment blindly.

LOL. that's 6 separate coaches total, so 4 are good and 2 are bad? Underwhelming! Where are their bios so parents can see their qualifications and experience?
