VHSL Girls Lacrosse Spring 2023

Free pass this weak schedule that. What the hell does that matter after they just lost to Oakton by 1. Shows their schedule doesn’t determine how good they are. You look stupid.

Early lines have them as the favorite in the NVYLL 7/8A division. And their free ticket to championship weekend comes with the division trophy.

Hey dumbass. Oakton won that game. Congrats. Everyone else needs to shut up and move on

However, I’m pretty sure Battlefield just proved that they actually do belong this year. And guess what you idiots, Battlefield is only losing three starters

So you are confirming they are the early favorites to win 7/8A next year?

Without number 11 next year- I put the over/under at 5 wins

And you act like a team can choose what district and region they are in. Put them against any team in your holy region and they will play.

Not to mention.. you’re probably not even an Oakton parent considering they respected Battlefield’s talent.

Do you all wanna make fun of Battlefield for playing in a division they have no control over but they lost the state championship by one goal. It was never a blowout. You play this game 10 times, and I would bet battlefield would split.

By 1 or 10, Oakton still won. Congratulations to them on their Championship!

Battlefield, good fight.

Everyone take the night off. Start your 2024 smack talking tomorrow. Congrats to Battlefield for shutting up most of this board and showing they are for real. Congrats to Oakton for bringing home a title. Haters put your phones down. Take a break. You can wait 6 hours.

Madison fan, but this is a really bad take. Robinson beat Madison. Oakton dismantled Robinson. While the Warhawks beat Oakton 2 out of 3, we couldn't get to the semifinal for a 4th tilt.

Oakton had the best season in VHSL 6A, deserves everything they achieved. Congrats to the State Champions.

Congrats to Battlefield as well for fighting back. Sounds like you will be back in the final game next year if the regions aren't reformatted. Good luck.

Which goalie got pulled. They are both really good.

Both? That’s a stretch

No one cares anymore, kill this thread as it’s just Whiney parents complaining.

I’m glad they did but why pull the UCONN commit at half?? Their backup goalie was flustered after the first goal. Was throwing her stick on the ground and panicking

Wrong wasn’t flustered. Both goalies got us to the championship. Both goalies deserved the time they played today. UConn commit and sophomore who will commit D1 this summer will get us right back next year.

That was the 3rd goal because it just went off her stick and she was frustrated because she how important every goal was. If you would like to discuss in person - I would be happy to do so.
