That being said, I follow this thread closely because both possibilities are extremely interesting.

VA has their theories, we will see if they can prove them beyond a reasonable doubt. Many of the "mythical qualities" you cite are pieces of evidence that have been introduced in court. There are quite a few linked news articles in this thread.

If you are so knowledgeable, how does paid leave work in such a situation when a service weapon has been fired and there is an ongoing criminal investigation? How long can it last for? What would trigger it ending? If he is not arrested for years, a la Mark Winger, what then?

Here’s a similar example that I observed. Management became aware that an agent took actions that would reasonably cause them to be fired.

Everyone gossiped about what they knew at the water cooler. The agent left the office and did not return. Some new agent was directed to take all of the offending agents personal effects to their home. That newbie agent picked up whatever government equipment the offending agent had in their possession.

Management updates the agents that the offending agent was on a HQ detail.

An investigation was conducted and the findings were sent to a disciplinary board.
The disciplinary board met and made a determination. The determination was communicated to the agent. The agent likely separates from the government.

The offending agent was a SOB so very few people stayed in contact. The ones that did stay in contact did not communicate the outcome with the rest of the field office. The timeline in the situation I observed from act to likely separation was about a year.

Back to BB.

My speculation is that BB has already separated from the govt.

The IRS and TIGTA would be looking to have an incredibly in depth analysis of every detail of use of a gov firearm.

If BB refused to cooperate with that inquiry may be cause for separation.

It's either JR or BB who killed CB. Between the two --- BB had a lot more reason to want CB dead than JR.

My bad, you are correct "sexual contractors" are highly vetted individuals that deserved the benefit of the doubt over an IRS agent.

The AP admitted to shooting Joe after he was shot in the head and laying on the ground. AP giftwrapped that and that is all the LE have now but they promised justice so they are failing. I think there is a good possibility BB and AP and the daughter will be the true victims in the long run.

Knowing who is working for federal government these days, I would give more credit to the sexual contractors then federal agent.
