Seriously. I think we all know the answer to this question.

Also worth noting that BB is very competent at tech/phones. He knows what needed to be wiped.

I'd imagine a lot of his criminal investigative training is re: electronic forensics. Agree.

Roy again:

No.

A new agent like bb was, wouldn’t have much specialized training in phone forensics. BB was a baby agent.

If you are so knowledgeable, how does paid leave work in such a situation when a service weapon has been fired and there is an ongoing criminal investigation? How long can it last for? What would trigger it ending? If he is not arrested for years, a la Mark Winger, what then?

If not arrested for a long period, can he return to the IRS as a Special Agent? If not, can he return to the non-LE work he previously did for IRS?

I think he genuinely believed that the "home invasion" and "self defense" stories would be accepted.

Why do you care so much? If he’s guilty he’ll go to jail, if he’s not he won’t. What does it matter how he makes money while he’s not charged? Stop trying to ruin peoples lives before they are proven guilty. You are not the justice system

He is a federal employee. I did not say he should be fired, just trying to understand the process.

Drama llama, calm down.

You could have easily had her with family out of state. But you needed to use her as part of your twisted plan. You are sick BB.

The potential for things to go wrong in this regard make me wonder if the plot all along was for AP to be at the zoo and BB to be sole witness/spurned spouse. More in control and perhaps more believable that he shot JR? Did AP returning home bungle the plan and then BB started improvising, with the “skin in the game” theory and hence the messiness of 911 hang up calls …

Your theory doesn't make sense.

If AP was supposed to be away from the home abd BB was supposed to be the only one finding JR stabbing CB, then what would be BB's reason for coming back to the house after leaving to go to McD's and work????

BB needed AP to observe a stranger at the home and to call him back. That wouldn't have happened if AP wasn't part of the set up. AP provides a reason for BB to come home with concern for CB's well-being.

AP hasn't flipped yet because she thinks BB is still waiting for her. That could change if AP is convicted, and over time, BB moves on to someone else.

How is he driving Uber with this kind of record? I've been in some sketchy cars before but this takes it to a whole new level.

BB wanted to make sure AP had some skin in the game. He didn't want to do all the dirty work. AP had to shoot the second shot to kill JR while BB was killing CB. Thick as thieves.

He saw a strange car in the driveway on his Ring app.
Christine would not answer the phone
He left his laptop, work files, etc at home.
He had a bathroom emergency.

I mean the excuses could be endless.

Or if he is also put in a cage and dreams of middle class playing house are dashed.

This and his had to be the first planned shot to incapacitate a large guy who was martial arts trained.

Lol - some of you people need to stick to watching Columbo and Murder She Wrote with your made-for-TV, silly theories.

Dating yourself a bit there, PP.

I stick to the theories put forth by the Commonwealth of VA in this case. Time will tell if they can meet their burden of proof re: AP and if further arrests are forthcoming.

BB has taken on mythical qualities in this thread. Some think he orchestrated a plan that convinced a stranger to show up with a knife, to a bedroom with his wife naked, so that his au pair could arrive home, he can stab his wife, and the au pair shoots the stranger dead to take the fall and go to jail. Meanwhile he trolls the world by training his patsy at a gun range, dating her before and after, switching out pictures of his wife with the au pair, and cutting off all contact with CB family and friends. He does all of this is such a clever way that even with all the electronic communication and having violently stabbed his wife 15 minutes before the police show up, his patsy is in jail, all witnesses are dead, and FCPD can't pin it on him.

I'd guess it is more the case of CB and BB were in a troubled marriage, CB and Joe set up the meetup, FCPD are incompetent.

That being said, I follow this thread closely because both possibilities are extremely interesting.
