Her affidavit is only 3 pages long. Haven't you read it?

Yes. And, I am asking specifically what she is alleging. What exactly is she accusing Judge Kavanaugh of?

She's accusing him of being a willing participant or at least enthusiastic observer of a pattern of behavior that demeaned, disrespected and endangered women. Something that may not be criminal but should be disqualifying for. SJC
One could argue that a man could grow out of such youthful behavior and become a good, upstanding member of society. But not if he is lying about what he did back then. That is what is telling here. We don't know for sure what happened when he was young but we know for sure that he lied about the kind of person he was in that Fox interview. He is not trustworthy.

Yup. And he was subjected to six different FBI investigations.

Exactly.
Actually I'm thinking now that the FBI heard he was on occasion a mean out of control drunk from several sources and maybe the Trump administration has known this all along but thought they could hide it. Just speculation on my part, though. But it seems to be such a pattern with him that it seems logical that the FBI must have heard this and passed it on.

What’s a little speculation and a few unfounded and uncorroborated accusations when a man’s entire reputation and career are on the line?

Thanks for reminding us of what has been the classic rape defense since rape was even considered a crime!

"But...But... This makes me LOOK bad!"

That Brett was part of a gang rape ring when he was in high school. She doesn't say for sure that he raped anyone, or her, but that she saw him standing in line for his turn. The members of this rape ring made punch that people knew had been spiked with drugs and/or grain alcohol. She says she attended 10 of these parties while she was a college student. I think the one where she was finally raped was her last, but I'm not sure of that.

WTF?!?!? As an adult, she witnessed multiple rapes of children and said nothing to anyone????? What????

Please say that again!

Yes. She and every other non-lineup partyogoer.

What would she have said? To whom?

Boulder Colorado. The liberal bastion of America. Might as well be Portland.

There are unhinged people everywhere. In a former life I took tips on crimes from the public. People called, emailed and wrote in nutty stuff regularly.

+ 1 People turn themselves into the police, confessing to crimes (including murder) that they didn't commit.

She's 50, opposes abortion in most cases, a woman, and a former senator who Collins and Murkowski will go for in a second.

I hear she sexually assaulted a bunch of men 25 years ago. Next!

I really dont understand how you square this position with Gorsuch, an appointment people were straight up enraged by

They are accusing a man of participating in gang rape multiple times and saying "it doesn't have to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt" That is so reprehensible, it's almost incomprehensible to imagine it not enraging every man, every mother of a male child in America.

So, she is what, 3 years older than he? In college. She is returning from college, as a legal adult, and attending parties where she is witnessing gang rapes of minors.... children, legally. And, instead of doing something about it, like reporting it, she returns to these parties where crimes are being committed 9 more times. And, has decided it is now time to report it.
But, instead of going to the police, she goes to the press through an attorney.

Sure. Makes sense to me. /s

Oh... and one more thing.... at these 10 parties..... nobody else reported anything or said anything to anyone of authority? Do we have any of these people corroborating her story?

Seriously? She was an adult bizarrely admittedly deciding to repeatedly attend gang rape parties. What?

Said the loser that's never been to a party that didn't involve a goodie bag at the end.

Give me a break. Lesson for the losers in the room: You don't "report" what happens at a kegger (or in this case, a grain alcohol and quaaluder). You will be destroyed and they will be named to the homecoming court.

Wow, that's pretty damn telling. That's a flat-out admission that the intention is to simply bring Kavanaugh down with unfounded accusations.

Avoiding the appearance of impropriety? That's not beyond a reasonable doubt.

It absolutely enrages this Democratic woman and I’m done with the party. Expect no loyalty from me. I’ll vote for the most moderate candidate from either party. Romney over Sanders, for example, for sure.

Well, Mark hasn't said anything because he hasn't been subpoenaed yet -- AS HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 10 DAYS AGO.

From whom do we know this? Who has come forward to corroborate this allegation?

Who cares? Were you all such pathetic followers in high school? I’d report and not care who was prom king.
