Her affidavit is only 3 pages long. Haven't you read it?

Yes. And, I am asking specifically what she is alleging. What exactly is she accusing Judge Kavanaugh of?

She's alleging she went to gang rape parties on multiple occasions, deciding to go to many such parties where she witnessed gang rapes taking place apparently until it happened to her.

That Brett was part of a gang rape ring when he was in high school. She doesn't say for sure that he raped anyone, or her, but that she saw him standing in line for his turn. The members of this rape ring made punch that people knew had been spiked with drugs and/or grain alcohol. She says she attended 10 of these parties while she was a college student. I think the one where she was finally raped was her last, but I'm not sure of that.

Amy Coney Barrett, was in the top 3 for this selection. Personally I don't think trump will pick a woman after this, he'll pick hardiman on principle which will be better he's more moderate

Hardiman is not more moderate. He would definitely overrule Roe. I don’t think Kavanaugh would.

Kavanaugh absolutely would.

Of spiking the drinks of girls and of being in lineups. And of acting like a jerk. But that's not a crime.

She's 50, opposes abortion in most cases, a woman, and a former senator who Collins and Murkowski will go for in a second.

I hear she sexually assaulted a bunch of men 25 years ago. Next!

More importantly she's openly criticized trump. No way he picks someone who trashed him.

I believe she went to the parties AFTER it happened to her as well.

She's accusing him of being a willing participant or at least enthusiastic observer of a pattern of behavior that demeaned, disrespected and endangered women. Something that may not be criminal but should be disqualifying for. SJC

Yup. And he was subjected to six different FBI investigations.

Exactly.
Actually I'm thinking now that the FBI heard he was on occasion a mean out of control drunk from several sources and maybe the Trump administration has known this all along but thought they could hide it. Just speculation on my part, though. But it seems to be such a pattern with him that it seems logical that the FBI must have heard this and passed it on.

What’s a little speculation and a few unfounded and uncorroborated accusations when a man’s entire reputation and career are on the line?
And if it turns out that the FBI informed them he was a mean out of control drunk on occasion - well, I wouldn't want to hire that guy for SCOTUS. If this were true (and it's a big if), they would have been better off never making the offer and they should have picked someone else from the short list. That would have saved his career and reputation, such as it is. If it turns out they knew that he had a heavy drinking problem and went ahead with the nomination - well, that's poor judgment on their part.

WTF?!?!? As an adult, she witnessed multiple rapes of children and said nothing to anyone????? What????

Please say that again!

Richard Goldstein, former Hillary advisor on TV with Tucker: "You don't have to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt because it's not a criminal proceeding"

Wow, that's pretty damn telling. That's a flat-out admission that the intention is to simply bring Kavanaugh down with unfounded accusations.

She was at all these parties, but nobody knows her and she can't say how and through whom she managed to get to 10 parties of people at elite private schools. Nor does she explain why she repeatedly went to parties where she says she witnessed girls being drugged and raped.

So, she is what, 3 years older than he? In college. She is returning from college, as a legal adult, and attending parties where she is witnessing gang rapes of minors.... children, legally. And, instead of doing something about it, like reporting it, she returns to these parties where crimes are being committed 9 more times. And, has decided it is now time to report it.
But, instead of going to the police, she goes to the press through an attorney.

Sure. Makes sense to me. /s
