As someone with "inattentive type" ADHD, I see a lot of myself in Robin. Adding depression/trauma to the mix makes keeping up with basic tasks reallllyyy hard. But I do not think that those deficiencies mean that someone is '(mentally) slow', not smart, etc. I have a Ph.D. (not quite 4 degrees though, alas) and am a professor, and I have quite a few brilliant colleagues who are clearly more impaired than Robin when it comes to managing their daily lives.

You and Robyn need to visit Therapy for Black Girls and seek some help.

Candace is quite nasty. Maybe she was always this nasty and I hadn’t noticed it. Admitted I didn’t watch all last season so I’m not all up on the Monique situation, although I saw the big fight. But the fact that she keeps coming at Mia with “your momma this, your Momma that”. She is an awful nasty piece of work. I see why she is with Chris, no one else would put up with her!

Gizelle and Robyn are def not good catches. Robyn seems kind of slow and gizelle has strong frumpy lady, unsexy energy. It’s really kind of remarkable given how beautiful they both are.

After watching tonight’s episode I have to agree. I don’t know what man would want to put up with either one of them.

Watching the latest episode and - oh my god - the Candle Wars have begun!

Okay I know I'm not the market for this show but do people really buy scented candles anymore? I have several I need to throw out! But I guess this is a thing still for some people?

I love scented candles particularly during the fall and winter time. I also liked the way Karen has an entire package deal with her scented candles. Wendy cannot be upset with Karen because Karen's candles had been in the works for some time.
I am not sure Wendy is going to be able to hold her own after this season.
I think she would be better in a friend role instead of Askale. Askale does not really bring any relevance and she is not friends with the group. Wendy has more organic-ness than Askale.

Candiace making rude snarky comments in regards to Ashley's motherhood and pregnancy body to demean her is unnecessarily gutter trash.

Last night's episode, with the party in Gizelle's driveway while all that construction was going on, was some of the funniest ish I've seen on this show. OMG. And her daughter backing Candyas$ lexus up that driveway?????

The way that Karen keeps pointing out that she will be selling a 3-wick candle while Wendy is planning a line of 1-wick candles... for some reason I find it really hilarious.

Is there ANY possibility that Gizelle's house will look decent after all of the construction is finished? I am so bewildered by the varieties of shapes/structures that are being built onto it.

Same, they are my weakness from October - January. I still can’t tell whether or not the “3 wick vs 1 wick” is shade or if Karen is being serious.

Same!!! LOL! I moved to Potomac from Silver Spring in 2013 and the gnats here are soooo much worse, I hate it. When they used those gnat sounds and showed them spitting out gnats I was like THIS HERE IS TRUE REALITY TV!!!

I think the really sad thing about this is that she's serious and she feels that three wicks makes her more important somehow. SMH

I was starting to like her more this season but her insults the past few episodes have been gross. She seems like a deeply unhappy person.

But man is Potomac funny. The ladies, the editing, etc. I find myself cracking up each episode. This is from a few seasons back but the scene where the mime comes up to Karen and Giselle at lunch is one of the funniest things I ever seen on television period. The party last night is up there for me too with Karen freaking out and the construction and driveway antics.

I call it a Frankestein house with random bits and pieces added on here and there. That's what you get when an architect isnt' around to help.

Candyass has been awful from Day 1. Potomac was the only Housewives I still watched, but Candyass drove me away. I couldn’t stand her another minute. Not my idea of “entertainment”.
