Yes. Harsh!
As someone with "inattentive type" ADHD, I see a lot of myself in Robin. Adding depression/trauma to the mix makes keeping up with basic tasks reallllyyy hard. But I do not think that those deficiencies mean that someone is '(mentally) slow', not smart, etc. I have a Ph.D. (not quite 4 degrees though, alas) and am a professor, and I have quite a few brilliant colleagues who are clearly more impaired than Robin when it comes to managing their daily lives.[/quote]
